Invoicing, Clients, and Tax Considerations

ADARA Institute, LLC is a company registered in the United States of America and operates internationally.

Business and Institutional Clients (B2B – European Union)
Services provided to EU-based companies, institutions, laboratories, or self-employed professionals holding a valid VAT or tax identification number are invoiced without VAT, in accordance with Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC (reverse charge mechanism). The client is responsible for self-assessing VAT in their country of residence.

Private Individuals in the European Union (B2C)
The Institute does not provide invoiced professional services to EU private individuals, as it is not registered under the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme. Services are intended exclusively for professional, institutional, or business clients unless otherwise stated.

Clients Outside the European Union
Services provided to non-EU clients are invoiced by the U.S.-registered entity and do not include VAT. Any applicable withholding taxes or local tax obligations are the responsibility of the client, in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
